Session Description 

Philanthropy has been rapidly changing with new trends and players across the globe, increasing the demand for transparency and effectiveness. Reliable and globally comparable data can allow the sector to assess needs, identify trends, set priorities and allocate resources. This session will present the work of organizations in different parts of the world collecting and using data for better philanthropic outcomes, and will showcase a framework to help organizations deal with common data collection issues and challenges.
