Session Description 
This session will explore the levers that government has at its disposal to enable social enterprises and social investment to flourish in Asia. We will hear examples of government led initiatives from across Asia and open a dialogue about how governments can strengthen the impact eco-system and work more collaboratively with civil society and the private sector in addressing key social and environmental challenges.
